Vedic chanting is a meditative form of practice that has calming and soothing effect on both body and mind


Vedic Chanting is a powerful way to integrate our body, voice, mind and emotions in the deeper quest for unity with the source from which sound originates. In the process we learn to dismiss unwanted thoughts & retain the ones we are focusing on.

In Vedic Chanting we also practice the art of listening — adhyayanam. We begin to connect with ourselves & with others at a much deeper level.

In this class Chanting is taught in the classical way using healing chants from Upanishads & Vedas.
