Inspired by the teachings of Sri Krishnamacharya, particularly the vinyasa form of Yoga, Yoga Jyoti brings to Hyderabad yoga in a novel form.


By creating several new renditions of the classical asana movements and integrating these with conscious breath flow and at times even chanting, thus making asana practice both dynamic and interesting. We offer the practices of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation to form a complete and holistic experience.


The classes focus on improving the yoga practitioner’s physical wellness through asana and pranayama practice while at the same time ensuring  that one gets a perspective of the classical form of yoga as presented in the Yoga Sutras, which was originally conceptualized  to develop an understanding of ‘who we are‘ and ultimately experiencing bliss & peace of mind.


The classes will be facilitated by senior Yoga Teachers  who have years of practical teaching experience & are qualified yoga therapists.
